What would you do? The Training Lead will be responsible of delivering overseeing the full training cycle and track progress of training initiatives evaluate accuracy of updates reports and on boarding new Trainers. trainers will also be involved on trainer improvement activities to ensure skills development.
What are we looking for? • Delivering, overseeing the full training cycle and track progress of training initiatives evaluate accuracy of updates reports and on boarding new Junior Trainers. Senior trainers will also be involved on trainer improvement activities to ensure skills development • Coordinate teams’ projects and product specific projects with the client • Support training team members on daily tasks such as coaching mentoring answering training related questions • Oversee organization of new joiner training and work with all the trainers to make sure all training initiatives are run smoothly • Work closely with the team to make sure all trainers are provided with the support needed to complete their tasks successfully • Conduct updates to material when there are discrepancies to ensure consistency • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer • Minimum of 1 year of experience in coaching or team management • This will be based in Hyderabad client office • Must be flexible to work in Night shift between 8 PM (IST) – 4.00 AM (IST) including weekends and holidays (It’s a 5-day working day week which may include weekends)
Roles and Responsibilities: • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Sound decision making and organizational skills • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences • Proven ability to master the full training cycle • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods tools and techniques • Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and labeling/annotation user interfaces. • Understanding of priority/severity frameworks and classification schemas. • Experience in QA testing, triage, bug reproduction, or labeling workflows. • Understanding of GenAI concepts (prompt engineering, LLM behavior, model evaluation) and popular GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
