Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of technical recruiters and account coordinators to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for client delivery operations, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Align delivery strategy with client expectations and business goals.
• Track and monitor KPIs such as submittal ratios, interview-to-offer ratios, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Coordinate with account managers and sales teams to understand client needs and pipeline demands.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve delivery issues to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline and optimize the delivery process.
• Provide regular reports and insights on delivery performance to senior management.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT staffing/recruiting, with at least 2+ years in a delivery or team management role.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with VMS/MSP models is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
