Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Telecom domain, specializing in 4G/5G technologies, IP Networking, and Cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, client engagement, and strategic leadership to drive excellence in service delivery and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery:

  Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex telecom projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

• Resource Management:

  Allocate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal utilization and skill alignment.

• Client Communication:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, satisfaction, and alignment with business goals.

• Quality Assurance:

  Implement and monitor quality standards to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

• Risk Management:

  Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

• Process Improvement:

  Continuously evaluate and enhance delivery processes for efficiency, scalability, and quality.

• Financial Management:

  Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Collaborate with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and internal teams to align delivery with strategic objectives.

Leadership & Strategy:

• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in the telecom delivery space.
• Mentor and guide delivery managers and technical leads to build high-performing teams.
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies in telecom and cloud.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in telecom delivery, with strong exposure to 4G/5G, IP Networking, and Cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-vendor telecom projects.
• Strong understanding of telecom protocols, network architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
