Role Overview:

Technical Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of technical projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-delivery support.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality project execution.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, plan projects, and manage delivery expectations.
• Implement and enforce best practices in project governance, risk management, and client communication.
• Track project KPIs, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing risks or delays.

• Strong understanding of enterprise software development practices, cloud platforms, and modern delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record in technical project/delivery management with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
