Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished Staffing Delivery Manager to spearhead our UK and European staffing operations. The leadership role requires a blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and business growth expertise. The successful candidate will lead large-scale teams, oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for international markets, and drive business expansion through client acquisition and relationship management.
Job Responsibilities01) Leadership & Team Development* Build, lead, and inspire high-performing recruitment teams catering to UK & EU markets.* Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring delivery, and ensuring continuous development.* Establish best practices, scalable processes, and innovative recruitment models.* Promote a client-centric, performance-driven culture.02) Business Growth & Strategy* Define and execute market-specific recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.* Expand our UK & EU footprint by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.* Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve financial and operational objectives.* Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for international recruitment operations.03) Client Acquisition & Relationship Management* Strengthen partnerships with existing clients to ensure sustained growth.* Acquire new clients across the UK & EU, diversifying our service portfolio.* Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering workforce solutions tailored to their needs.* Lead contract negotiations and service agreements to maximize long-term business value.04) Recruitment Delivery & Operations* Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment of client requirements across multiple sectors.* Implement efficient recruitment processes and maintain high-quality standards.* Ensure compliance with local labour laws, GDPR, and staffing regulations in the UK & EU.* Stay ahead of market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity.05) Stakeholder & Vendor Management* Collaborate with internal leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.* Manage and strengthen vendor partnerships to expand sourcing capabilities.Required Key Skills01) Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a graduate. Post-graduation like MBA would be a plus.02) Work Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to UK & EU staffing.03) Experience in IT, Engineering, BFSI, or niche recruitment domains for UK & EU markets.04) Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and AI-driven sourcing solutions.05) Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.06) Salary Range: Rs. 7.2 to 10.0 Lacs Per Annum.07) Communication and Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.08) Proven success in leading large teams and managing high-volume hiring projects.09) Demonstrated expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion.10) In-depth knowledge of global recruitment delivery models, workforce planning, and staffing strategies.11) Track record of setting up new teams/functions and ensuring operational excellence.12) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.13) Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.14) Resilient and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.15) Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.16) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience in UK & EU staffing industry
