Delivery Manager

As a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex technical projects and solutions. Your strong background in technology, exceptional project management skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role. You will take on end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving technical excellence. This position is based in Cochin/Trivandrum (Hybrid Mode) and requires a minimum of 12-15 years of experience. Your primary skills should include 18 years of experience in technology delivery roles, with proven expertise in delivering large-scale, complex projects with diverse teams. You will be responsible for managing P&L for a portfolio of accounts, planning and managing team ramp-ups and ramp-downs, and driving account management activities to ensure revenue growth and profitability. Your technical expertise should cover modern software development practices, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) is preferred. In terms of project management, you should be well-versed in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies, with relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent being an advantage. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality, and ensuring adherence to Agile/Waterfall methodologies. You will also lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams, conduct regular performance reviews, and act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients. Collaborating with architects and engineers to define technical solutions, providing input on architecture, design, and implementation strategies, identifying opportunities to improve project delivery processes and tools, implementing best practices in software development and delivery, proactively identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies, resolving technical and operational challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business needs are all part of your role as a Technical Delivery Manager.,
