We are looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure smooth execution of client deliverables, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high standards of service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, client handling abilities, and expertise in MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day delivery operations and ensure timely completion of client requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Monitor delivery performance, resolve escalations, and maintain client satisfaction.

Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using MS Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, charts, etc.).

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve delivery timelines.

Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficient operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, IT, or related field).

2–5 years of experience in delivery management, operations, or client servicing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).

Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
