Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and successfully deliver multiple projects from initiation through closure.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
  
• Oversee resource allocation, task prioritization, and continuous progress monitoring.
  
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce adherence to delivery processes and best practices.
  
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide regular status updates, and proactively resolve issues.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
  
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong software development background with hands-on experience in previous roles.
  
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams comprising developers and QA engineers.
  
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
  
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies with practical experience facilitating ceremonies.
  
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Effective leadership capabilities with a focus on team motivation and productivity.
