Role Overview: Myers-Holum is expanding operations to Bangalore, India, and is actively seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in the rollout of operations, recruiting, hiring, and driving the growth and deliverables of the new office. As a Myers-Holum Delivery Manager, you will play a dual role as a player-coach, providing day-to-day support to a team of direct reports while managing a small client portfolio of engagements. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to prioritize tasks, offer support in escalations, solution architecting, and recruiting, ensuring that priorities are met and handled efficiently. You will not only manage your team but also invest in their future by providing a clear path to achievements, upward mobility, or lateral opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 3-8 direct reports, ranging from Analyst to Team Lead level, overseeing ongoing performance and project outcomes - Assist in company growth by providing recruiting support through candidate interviews and close collaboration with leadership and the talent team on hiring decisions - Train and onboard new hires, emphasizing a positive employee experience and alignment with MHI Methodologies for a successful start and future with the firm - Ensure quality management of deliverables on a portfolio of projects, covering both functional consulting and project management tracks - Lead account management activities to build referenceable customers, including strategic business integration discussions, managing upsells, handling escalations, and interacting with clients through various means such as video or onsite interactions - Manage change control on projects, ensuring proactive communication with internal and external contacts in case of necessary changes - Collaborate closely with other internal teams throughout different phases of client projects, facilitating detailed knowledge transfers between development, integrations, and managed services teams - Oversee end-to-end ERP implementations, acting in sponsor and/or Project/Program Manager role - Participate in business development activities, attend events, source new leads, and engage in solution architecting - Be prepared for occasional travel and flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements - Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives, including resource mentorship and ongoing education Qualifications Required: - Accounting functional background (CPA or Operational) - Previous experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports, conducting 1:1's, performance reviews, and other people management activities - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and utilize business etiquette for clear communication and support for internal teams and clients - Ideally certified as a NetSuite ERP Consultant or actively working toward ERP certification - Possession of an undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or a relevant field - Demonstrated leadership and Solution Architect experience across projects of varying sizes and complexity, with at least 10-15 end-to-end NetSuite implementations - Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, advisory services, and general industry-specific experience - Comprehensive understanding of web technologies and standards landscape - Familiarity with best practices in ERP and proven methodologies, including SDLC and project management methodologies such as Agile/Waterfall Additional Company Details: Myers-Holum is a technology and management consulting firm established in 1981, with over 400 remote employees across ten countries.
