Principal Consultant, Data Integration and BI

Myers-Holum is expanding operations to India, and is actively seeking experienced Principal Consultants with strong data warehousing and business intelligence experience to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the India Practice. As a Principal Consultant at Myers-Holum, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing custom data warehouse and BI solutions for clients using the Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) platform. Your role will involve translating business requirements into technical specifications, developing custom data integration solutions to ingest data from multiple sources, and leading the product implementation from start to finish. As a trusted advisor, you will interact with stakeholders and end users, conduct product training, and run technical workshops to ensure successful implementations. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will contribute to internal MHI initiatives such as resource mentorship and ongoing education, as well as implementing NSAW Best Practices. To excel in this role, you should possess 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 6 years in data management using Oracle or other relational databases. You should also have a solid background in data warehouse and data integration projects, proficiency in cloud or on-premise data integration tools, and experience with SQL and BI tools such as Oracle OBIEE, OAC, Looker, PowerBI, Qlikview, or Tableau. Knowledge of ERP data and business processes, along with strong business analysis and communication skills, are essential for this position.
