Key Responsibilities

✅ Full Lifecycle Ownership

• Manage the

  end-to-end delivery

  of multiple full stack development projects – from discovery to deployment and support.
• Define

  project scope, KPIs, delivery milestones

  , and ensure alignment with business objectives.

✅ Agile Program Leadership

• Drive

  Agile/Scrum execution

  with a focus on velocity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Lead

  sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

  , ensuring iterative delivery of working software.

✅ Technical Oversight

• Work closely with architecture, engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure

  full stack technology integration

  using modern stacks like React, Angular, Node.js, Java/.NET, Python, and microservices.
• Monitor

  code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and performance metrics

  to maintain development best practices.

✅ Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans with clear timelines and deliverables.

✅ Governance & Risk Management

• Proactively identify delivery risks, resource gaps, and technical roadblocks.
• Implement

  mitigation strategies

✅ Budget & Resource Management

• Manage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience

  in software development and delivery, with

  5+ years in project/delivery leadership

• Proven success in managing

  large-scale full stack development projects

  across multiple domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  frontend (React, Angular), backend (Node.js, Java, Python), APIs, DevOps, and cloud (AWS/Azure)

  .
• Strong command over tools like

  JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes

  , and Agile delivery frameworks.

Preferred Credentials

• Certifications in

  PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agile

  methodologies.
• Exposure to

  hybrid (onshore/offshore) delivery models

  and global team management.
• Experience in integrating AI/ML modules or scalable data platforms into full stack solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to drive execution across
