Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs.Strong foundation in learning and behavioral science, instructional design, and adult learning.Proven experience delivering complex learning programs across geographies and business functions.Hands-on understanding of LMS/LXP systems, digital learning platforms, and modern content formats.Demonstrated success in embedding research-based learning practices into scalable solutions.Experience managing delivery P&L, budgets, staffing plans, and SLAs.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.Experience working in a managed services or shared services model is preferred.Talent Development process.Build and lead diverse, high-performing teams that deliver with excellence, agility, and a learner-first mindset.Promote ongoing development through coaching, career planning, and cross-skilling aligned to the evolving learning landscape.Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and shared accountability for learner success.Support recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning to sustain capability depth and scale.Support annual planning cycles resource modeling, budget forecasting, delivery roadmap planning.Ensure compliance with delivery standards, quality checks, audit readiness, and operational governance.Validate team deliverables meet learning intent, business goals, and are executed with high fidelity to methods and standards.Ensure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability.Leverage GenAI, automation, and analytics to drive personalization, improve efficiency, and reduce time-to-skill.Identify and implement productivity improvements, reusability opportunities, and streamlined delivery models.Share best practices across accounts and lead capability building for new delivery approaches (e.g., AI-driven curation, nudges, adaptive learning).Be the escalation point for client delivery issues and dependencies; manage cross-functional relationships to ensure service continuity.Participate in client governance meetings and internal operating rhythms; report on KPIs, SLAs, cost, and quality.Partner with cross-functional teams (Content, Analytics, Experience, Tech) to drive holistic and seamless learning delivery
What are we looking for?
Lead end-to-end delivery of learning operations, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable learning and business impact.Ground delivery in evidence-based learning practices ensuring that what is delivered aligns to how people best learn and retain knowledge.Manage global delivery teams in a one-to-many model, optimizing staffing, skills, and cost across client engagements.Apply agile delivery methods to improve responsiveness and integrate learning more seamlessly into business workflows.Track learner engagement, performance outcomes, and feedback loops to continuously enhance experience and effectiveness.Integrate principles of instructional design, neuroscience, cognitive load theory, and transfer of learning into delivery practices.Serve as a learning advisor to internal teams and clients, ensuring learning experiences are rooted in sound research and learner-centricity.Stay ahead of trends in digital learning, immersive tech, and GenAI bringing ideas that modernize and elevate client programs.Use data and insights to influence learning design, delivery enhancements, and performance enablement strategies

In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
