Job Description

Job Purpose



We are looking to increase the expertise in our team to scale up our work with corporates and consulting clients in the space of energy & utilities, metals and mining, infrastructure, environmental solutions and to support other key stakeholders including private equity, national and sub-national governments, multilateral agencies, financial institutions and many more.



Key Responsibilities



  • Ability and flexibility to work on diverse client requirements, enjoy working with clients from diverse background and sectors.
  • Problem solving attitude, ability to take up fresh approach and analysis.
  • Work on various themes and new impactful projects that address core and trending issues across the energy, industrials and infrastructure sectors, e.g. sustainability, investment, AI, digitization, adoption of green energy, hydrogen, energy storage, EV etc.
  • Manage, deliver, and oversee client projects of varying complexity, from inception through to completion, including:
  • Understand and scope the client’s requirement.
  • Estimate efforts and prepare a work plan with timelines.
  • Leading the problem-solving effort.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations (PPT) for CXOs, and other key stakeholders on the client side.
  • Managing analysis, research, and quality assurance.
  • Liaising with client contacts on sharing progress/ project updates on a day- to-day basis through Zoom/ MS teams.



Key Competencies


  • Desirable knowledge or experience of working in research and consulting environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships to generate a continuous work stream.
  • Proven ability to work in small teams and deliver high-quality consulting projects. Excellent strategic problem-solving skills and solution development. Excellent project management and project delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to lead and run discussions, present to top management and prepare high-quality presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex team environment and to take initiative and deliver projects independently when required.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Power BI and dashboard analysis.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
