Job Description

About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Relevant experience in data solutioning and management. Manage data operations processes to bring in asset and fund level data on client’s investments into an internal platform, including handling of operations and non-routine queries from business users and external information providers.
  • Exposure to financial services industry, specifically private markets and possess knowledge on various KPI’s w.r.t Real Estate Funds and various asset classes.
  • Strong passion in data governance and management by investigating and resolving data exceptions and data quality issues. Identify roadblocks in achieving high standards of data quality and design solutions to enable better outcomes.
  • Strong email communication and people engagement skills to be able to interact internally within team and externally across functions.
  • Possess strong learning agility, self-driven, pro-active and great sense of purpose to relook on existing and previous quarter data.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volume of data. Implement data projects that improve the efficiency of data operations, including but not limited to data collection outsourcing and working with business to optimize data collection processes.
  • Experience in Fund DST revamp and UAT testing process.


Key Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in real estate investment management, financial analysis, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record in real estate due diligence, asset management, portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, etc.
  • CFA, CA, MBA from a top tier business school (with finance and accounting background).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong written and communication skills with experience in client relationship and internal stakeholders’ management
  • Proficiency in MS – Excel, MS – PPT, MS - Word
  • Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with strong leadership, analytical, and teamwork skills
