Role Summary

Senior Application Developer (Delivery Excellence)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for application development processes using ADM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide solutions to complex technical and delivery challenges impacting multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to build organizational capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to delivery excellence standards.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous performance optimization.

Must Have Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of professional experience

  in application development.

• Minimum 12 years of experience

  with Delivery MethodsStrong understanding of the application development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, make critical technical decisions, and engage stakeholders effectively.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise-scale solution architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud-native application development.
