Job Summary

The Delivery Director will oversee and manage the successful delivery of projects within the organization ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. With a focus on delivery management the role requires a seasoned professional with 20 to 22 years of experience. The position operates in a hybrid work model with no travel required and involves day shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of complex projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee project teams providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables that align with business objectives.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Develop and implement best practices and methodologies for delivery management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs and organizational priorities.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to foster a cohesive project environment.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status challenges and achievements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance project delivery strategies.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in delivery management demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
