Role & responsibilities

Delegate Sales

• Drive paid delegate registrations for Retail Media events and conferences.
• Engage with senior professionals across Retail, F&B, Fashion, Beauty, E-commerce, and Franchise sectors.
• Communicate the event agenda, speakers, and value proposition effectively.
• Manage outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
• Ensure strong conversion pipelines and deliver monthly seat targets.
• Maintain high-quality attendee experience and CRM accuracy.

Sponsorship Sales

• Drive sponsorship revenue for Retail Media conferences, summits, and IP-based events.
• Pitch integrated brand visibility and thought-leadership opportunities to CXOs, CMOs, and brand leaders.
• Understand retail, franchise, D2C, beauty, fashion, and consumer sectors to create customised sponsorship packages.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Achieve event-wise revenue targets and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with event and operations teams for sponsor deliverables.

Exhibition Sales

• Sell exhibition booths, pavilions, branding spaces, and sponsorships for large retail and franchise exhibitions.
• Build long-term relationships with exhibitors, trade bodies, and brand partners.
• Develop an exhibitor acquisition strategy to maximise revenue and floor occupancy.
• Ensure repeat participation and strong retention across events.
• Work closely with event operations to ensure a seamless exhibitor experience.
• Track industry developments and expand exhibitor categories.
