Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Delegate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving delegate acquisition for our upcoming healthcare conferences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare industry while building strong professional networks.

Freshers are welcome, and immediate joiners are preferred!

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential conference attendees within the healthcare industry.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract and engage target delegates.
• Utilize email, social media, and direct calls to promote conference participation.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential delegates.
• Communicate conference details and benefits effectively to prospective delegates.
• Achieve delegate acquisition targets within specified timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Previous experience in delegate acquisition, sales, or outreach is advantageous but not mandatory.
