We at Drone Destination Limited are looking for a Defense Drone Sales Manager to drive adoption of our unique technology offerings for the Armed Forces.

Location: New Delhi | Full-Time | Pan-India Defense Engagement | Experience: 6 - 8 Years

What You’ll Do

·       Lead defense sales strategy for defence-tech offerings across Armed Forces, DRDO, DPSUs & Paramilitary.

·       Engage with senior defense leadership, conduct product demos & battlefield simulation showcases.

·       Drive business development, manage long defense sales cycles & achieve annual sales targets.

·       Ensure compliance with defense procurement processes (DAP/DPP, GEM, GFR norms).

·       Collaborate with technical & delivery teams to execute defense projects seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

·       6–8 years of proven experience in defense sales/business development (UAV, defense tech, aerospace, homeland security).

·       Strong network across Army, Airforce, Navy, DRDO & DPSUs.

·       In-depth knowledge of defense procurement & tendering processes.

·       Excellent relationship-building, negotiation & presentation skills.

·       Engineering/Business/Defense background; Ex-Army/Navy/Airforce officers in defense sales preferred.

·       Willingness to travel extensively to defense establishments across India.
