About the Role

Decisions platform consultant/developer

 Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance existing

    Decisions workflows

    for underwriting, identity verification, credit reporting, and payments.
  • Support and troubleshoot

    autopay

    and

    player-initiated payments

    .
  • Work closely with Dev and Ops teams to:
  • Investigate and resolve issues in

    credit applications and payment workflows

  • Promote workflow changes from

    Dev → QA → UAT → Production

    environments
  • Document, analyze, and manage the full lifecycle of

    Decisions 8.x/9.x

    workflows.
Tech Expertise Required

  • Decisions platform

  • APIs, webhooks, custom rules, software security best practices

  • Plaid

    — IDV (identity verification) and Link integrations

  • Dwolla

    — ACH/debit payment processing

  • Equifax

    — credit report processing
  • Deep understanding of

    ACH and debit payments

    flows and troubleshooting
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong experience in

    workflow automation platforms (especially Decisions)

  • Hands-on experience integrating Plaid, Dwolla, and Equifax APIs

  • Comfortable working across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)

  • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills

  • Knowledge of software security

    in financial applications
  • Years of experience 2-5 years
