Decision Science Consultant | Remote | Immediate Joiners (7-10 days) only

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Aggregate, analyze and interpret website visitor’s behavior and sessions data across website and external platforms


  • Build analysis, data visualizations and reporting - provide key insights required for decision-making in the organization
  • Experience of using Adobe analytics and Adobe click-stream data, automated funnel reporting, including but not limited to generating insights
  • Automate anomaly detection, on-demand ad-hoc analysis, interpret and use data science models to drive insights and business decisions
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reports that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop processes and protocols for data monitoring, hygiene (e.g. validation) and other strategies that help uncover gaps and opportunities to optimize the business outcomes
  • Willingness to learn new skills and conduct cross-training sessions with the team about new tools and techniques for mining customer insights.

 

About You:


  • 2 to 4 years of experience

    in eCommerce or D2C visitor and user analysis, analyzing

    raw clickstream

    data to uncover granular insights into user paths, engagement patterns, and conversion funnels
  • Fluent in

    Adobe Analytics

    with 1 to 2 years of experience with traditional

    business analysis

    methodologies
  • Use clickstream data to drive behavioral analyses and deliver clear insights that inform marketing strategies, product optimizations and business decisions
  • Proficient in SQL and Python in analyzing

    raw clickstream

    data to uncover granular insights into user paths, engagement patterns and conversion funnels
  • Advanced proficiency in

    visualization tools

    such as Power BI (preferred) and/or Tableau


  • Proficiency in Statistical concepts – EDA, Anomaly Detection, Regression, Hypothesis Testing etc.


Salary: Based on experience and current package

Note: This position is fully remote with at least 4 hours of overlap requirement with the US team in CST Time Zone.
