Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collector, located in Delhi, India. The Debt Collector will be responsible for actively contacting customers to collect overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and updating account status records. The individual will need to locate debtors to inquire about their payment status, handle inbound and outbound calls, and maintain thorough records of all interactions and agreements. The role requires dedication to achieving collection targets and maintaining professionalism throughout all communications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Debt Collection and Cash Collection techniques
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy to manage records and databases
• Knowledge of financial principles related to debt collection
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or related fields are advantageous
