Role Overview: Oriental is seeking a Dean for Academics, Student Welfare, Planning, and Development. We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals at all levels who can work as team workers and leaders in our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee academic programs, student welfare initiatives, and strategic planning and development activities. - Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and support services to students. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the overall academic and student experience. - Drive initiatives to promote student success, career readiness, and holistic development. - Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that values diversity and innovation. Qualifications Required: - A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in academic leadership, student welfare, and strategic planning. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example. - Passion for creating a supportive and conducive learning environment for students.
