Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Deal and Solution Assurance Leader with 15+ years of experience to join our team in Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, design, and development of legacy mainframe technologies.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development of modernization solutions for legacy mainframe applications using cloud/target technologies like Java, .Net, and Python.
Design and implement re-hosting, re-engineering, rewriting, and re-architecting of legacy mainframe applications.
Manage delivery management, ADM, transformation, and agile engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for legacy mainframe applications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of C, C++, Power Builder, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with cloud/target technologies such as Java, .Net, and Python.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Skills: C, C++, Power Builder, Modernization Solutions for Legacy Mainframe Applications, Cloud/Target technologies like Java, .Net, and Python, Re-host, Re-engineer, Rewrite, Re-architect, delivery management, ADM, Transformation & Agile engagements.
Experience: 15+ Years experience in Architecture, Design, and Development in Legacy Mainframe technologies (Common like COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS and Niche like PL1, IMS,Natural-Adabas, etc.).
Notice Period: 0-90 days.
Education: BE/B Tech, ME/Mtech, BCA/MCA.
