Elastic is looking for Consulting Architect Search to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive search strategies to identify top talent.
Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candi .
Design and deliver effective training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of team members.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in consulting architecture and search management.
Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and search principles.
