Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DB2 DBA with 6-8 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain large-scale databases, ensuring high performance and availability.
Design, implement, and manage database architectures, including data modeling and schema design.
Develop and enforce database security policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize database requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for database management.

Job Requirements

Experience with DB2 database management systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
