JOB TITLE : Front-end Developer LOCATION : Hyderabad EXPERIENCE : 3 years Job Summary We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front-end Developer with 3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of modern front-end technologies, a keen eye for design implementation, and a passion for creating clean, maintainable & RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries, with a focus on Next.js and React. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring technical feasibility and visual accuracy. Implement styling using modern CSS frameworks, specifically Tailwind CSS, to create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces. Collaborate effectively with backend developers to integrate front-end components with APIs and backend services (potentially built with Django Rest Framework). Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across various devices and browsers. Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and ensure adherence to development guidelines. Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, UI/UX, and web technologies. Contribute to the improvement of front-end development processes, tools, and workflows. Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and provide technical input. Ensure the accessibility and usability of web applications. Potentially contribute to the development of shared front-end components and design SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of professional experience in front-end web development. Proven expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Strong experience with React.js and its ecosystem. Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering, static site generation, and building full-stack React applications. Proficiency in using utility-first CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API). Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). Experience with version control systems, especially Git. Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with backend services. Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex front-end issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced POINTS : Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Familiarity with TypeScript. Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
