Job Details Position: Database Engineer 2 Experience: 5-8 years Location: Nagawara, Bangalore Work Mode: Onsite Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days serving Shift Timings: 11 am to 8 pm IST or 1 pm to 10 pm IST / Flexible to work in shifts as needed Essential Job Functions Implement, maintain, and optimize database structures with a focus on Datawarehouse (Yellowbrick preferred), SQL Server, Cloud Native Databases, and Couchbase. Manage on-premises database solutions and ensure seamless integration with cloud services such as AWS and Azure. Oversee the installation, configuration, patching, and upgrading of database systems and software. Ensure database performance, security, and integrity by developing and enforcing database standards and best practices. Collaborate with IT and development teams to manage Confluence and Kafka integrations Provide strategic input on database technologies and data management strategies. Participate in disaster recovery planning and database backup procedures. Offer technical support and training to staff on database management and troubleshooting Design and implement tools and solutions for business continuity and disaster management.
