Role & Responsibilities:

• Complete management

  , support, fine-tuning, security, maintenance, and operation of the Dial 112 Database.

• Provide a strategic

  database direction for the organization.

• Regular backup

  of the database as defined by Police.

• Ensuring high availability

  of Dial 112 Application & Database.

• Troubleshoot Dial 112

  Applications and Database related issues.

• Cooperate with PMC

  (Project Management Consultant) and Police, furnishing data/reports as required by PMC.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Any global certification

  in Database administration.

• Strong understanding

  of database concepts, data modeling, and normalization.

• Proficiency in SQL

  and experience with one or more RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Experience with

  database monitoring and performance tuning tools.

• Knowledge of backup

  , restore, recovery models, and disaster recovery planning.

• Familiarity with

  scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell) for automation.

• Good analytical

  and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work

  in a team and independently, including in a 24x7 environment (if required).
