Job Description

Experience Required: 6+ Years Location: Remote Role Overview We are looking for a Data Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in infrastructure automation, continuous deployment, and Kubernetes-based environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS , Terraform , Argo CD , GitLab , and Kubernetes to support and enhance high-availability, data-intensive systems. Key Responsibilities Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-native applications and data platforms. Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters and deployments using infrastructure as code. Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Argo CD for streamlined release processes. Write, manage, and maintain Terraform code for infrastructure provisioning and compliance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to ensure best practices are implemented. Participate in incident management and post-mortem processes for system outages. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of total experience in DevOps/SRE roles. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments. 3+ years of experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation. 1–2 years experience with Argo CD for GitOps workflows. 1–2 years experience with GitLab CI/CD. Strong understanding of SRE principles including observability, automation, and incident response. Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging systems. Experience working with containerized environments and microservices. Ability to operate independently in a remote, distributed team setting. Show more Show less
