Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust data models and pipelines using Azure Synapse and MS SQL to support analytics, reporting, and performance needs.
• Implement scalable ingestion frameworks for structured and unstructured data into the data warehouse (DWH), ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Use Python for data processing, automation, and analytics, following best practices for maintainability and performance.
• Manage tasks and progress using Jira, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready data solutions aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions. Support BI teams with data readiness for tools like Power BI.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness, optimize workflows through automation, and ensure adherence to governance policies and regulatory standards.

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining data models and pipelines in Azure environments, with strong proficiency in MS SQL and Python for data engineering and analytics tasks.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with Jira for agile project and task management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a delivery-oriented mindset, with a focus on producing high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively gather requirements and provide updates.
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks, large language models (LLMs), or AI agents for data-driven innovation.
