Job Summary

Data Scientist with hands-on Generative AI experience

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
machine learning and deep learning models
for structured and unstructured data.
Build
Generative AI solutions
using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
Implement
prompt engineering
,
RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
, fine-tuning, and embeddings-based solutions.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and optimization.
Work with
NLP use cases
such as text summarization, classification, question answering, and chatbots.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Deploy models using
MLOps practices
(CI/CD, monitoring, versioning).
Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
Document solutions and present insights to technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

4–6 years of experience in
Data Science / Machine Learning
Strong programming skills in
Python
Experience with
ML/DL libraries
: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Strong understanding of
statistics, probability, and linear algebra

Generative AI & NLP

Hands-on experience with
LLMs
(GPT-4/3.5, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, etc.)

Prompt Engineering
