🎓 Required Qualifications

• 2–8 years of hands-on experience in

  AI, ML, Deep Learning, NLP

• Master’s degree in

  Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science

  , or

  MBA in AI/Data Science/Analytics

• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  (R, Java, C++ are a plus)
• Strong understanding of

  ML algorithms, neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers

• Experience with frameworks:

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn

🤖 AI & Machine Learning Expertise

• Minimum 2 years’ experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying

  LLMs

  (GPT, BERT, Transformers, etc.)
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models in

  production

• Strong knowledge of

  data structures, algorithms, distributed computing

• Experience with

  structured & unstructured data

  , multi-source data collection
• Familiarity with

  Git

  and version control
• Experience with

  Docker

  or containerization tools

☁ Cloud, Data & Visualization Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms:

  AWS / Azure / GCP

• Database technologies:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

• Visualization:

  Tableau, Matplotlib

  , or dashboarding tools (

  Flask, Streamlit

  )
• Ability to create compelling business storytelling using

  MS PowerPoint
