Job Summary:

Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop and deploy predictive models, classification algorithms, and recommendation systems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, correlations, and insights.
• Implement machine learning and deep learning models for various business use cases.
• Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Visualize and communicate insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Optimize model performance and monitor data pipelines in production.
• Contribute to the design of data infrastructure and MLOps processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with SQL and working knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and data mining techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ML lifecycle management (training, testing, deployment).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
• Understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
