Job Description

Crossing Hurdles is a recruitment firm. We refer top candidates to our partners working with the world’s leading AI research labs to help build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Evaluate AI-generated data analysis for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Conduct statistical analysis and modelling for both specific and open-ended prompts.
Design prompts and create detailed rubrics for reward modelling and evaluation.
Produce gold-standard responses, including data visualisations, explanatory notes, and executable Python code.
Translate data science reasoning, decision-making, and expertise into gradable criteria for AI agents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent, OR 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
Proficiency in Python data science libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical modelling, and machine learning principles.
Ability to identify patterns and trends in complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
Excellent analytical and data-driven writing skills.
