Key Responsibilities

• Statistical Modeling & Experimentation

• Develop, validate, and implement robust statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems (regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
• Design, execute, and interpret results from A/B tests and other experimental approaches to optimize business processes and product features.
• Analyze experiment outcomes using appropriate statistical techniques and clearly communicate learnings.

• Data Visualization (Tableau)

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key insights from analytics work.
• Present findings and tailor storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with business leaders, product managers, and technical teams to understand business objectives and analytical requirements.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Communicate progress, milestones, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with analytics best practices, tools, and methodologies, sharing knowledge within the team.
• Recommend process and product improvements based on analytical learnings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView) or cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certification in Tableau or relevant analytics technologies is a plus.
