About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with senior team members to support data modeling, analysis, and insight generation across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis and modeling
✓ Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify key trends and insights✓ Assist in building, training, and evaluating machine learning models✓ Support feature engineering and model optimization✓ Work with Python, SQL, and common data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn)✓ Contribute to dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau (optional but beneficial).✓ Translate business requirements into analytical tasks with guidance✓ Maintain documentation for data processes, model assumptions, and findings✓ Support automation of recurring data and reporting tasks✓ Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and techniques in data science.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries
• Basic understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling
• Ability to write and interpret SQL queries
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and evaluation techniques
• Exposure to NLP, deep learning, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

General Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and explore new technologies

Education:

• Master’s degree is mandatory
• M.Sc. (Data Science / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science)
• M.Tech. / M.E. in relevant fields
• MBA (Business Analytics / Operations / Information Systems) — Preferred
• Other equivalent postgraduate degrees in analytics, AI/ML, or quantitative domains.

Experience:

✓ 0–1 year of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning
✓ Academic projects, internships, or certifications in data science are added advantages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹280,000.00 per year
