Job Description

We're Hiring: AVP – Data Protection | Mumbai (Andheri)

AVP – Data Protection

What You'll Do:

✔ Interpret evolving privacy laws (DPDPA, GDPR) and ensure enterprise-wide alignment

✔ Implement and maintain privacy frameworks, including ISO 27701

✔ Conduct risk assessments (DPIA), review vendor contracts for privacy clauses

✔ Support breach response, investigations, and DPAR (data access) management

✔ Lead privacy awareness training across business units

✔ Collaborate on consent management tools and regulatory reporting

What We're Looking For:

10+ years in data privacy/data protection roles
Knowledge of
DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA
and global privacy standards
Experience in risk assessment, data subject rights, and vendor privacy reviews
Certifications like
CIPP, CIPM, ISO 27701
preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
