We are dedicated to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in the processing of bank applications related to property verification.  Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Processing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and verifying property-related documents as part of the bank application process. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.  Key Responsibilities:  Application Processing: Receive, review, and process bank applications related to property verification, ensuring all necessary documents are included.  Data Entry: Accurately input data from property verification documents into the company’s or client’s database systems.  Document Verification: Cross-check and verify the authenticity and accuracy of property-related documents submitted with bank applications.  Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure that all data entered is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards.  Document Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital records of processed applications, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.  Reporting: Generate detailed reports on the status of processed applications and any discrepancies or issues identified during the verification process.  Compliance: Ensure all processing activities adhere to the company’s and the client’s compliance policies, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.  Communication: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to the property verification process.  Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to processing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.  Qualifications:  Education: Any Graduate or equivalent; further education or certifications in data processing, real estate, or banking is an advantage.  Experience: Previous experience in data processing, document management, or a related field, especially within banking or property verification, is preferred.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and familiarity with document management systems.  Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and verifying documents.  Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple applications and tasks simultaneously.  Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive financial and property information with the utmost confidentiality.  Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.  Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth processing of applications.  Benefits:  Competitive salary  Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.  Collaborative work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.  How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume on hr@proplegit.com or call/whats app us on +919428130839 We are looking for DAY & Night Shift both
