Data Operations Analyst

Role Overview: As a part of the Finance team in a global energy business, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards delivering light, heat, and mobility to millions of people every day. Your role will involve implementing day-to-day customer master data queries and activities, maintaining data quality, and contributing to process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Provide site master data support for set up, transfers, and retirement of sites - Perform retail site set ups and amendment of site details - Coordinate with Terminal Partners for data analysis and execution - Maintain good relationships with business functions - Ensure data input consistency with standards and completeness levels - Run data performance reports for key quality measures and participate in operations meetings - Generate and analyze MDM monthly performance reports/statistics - Identify and implement process and solution requirements for master data management - Resolve outstanding master data management issues and contribute to data enrichment process - Support business partners in various shifts and cover US applications Qualifications Required: - Proficient in English with strong communication skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field - Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a client-service oriented function in Procurement/Supply chain/Customer or Finance field - Experience in master data systems management and development, including data conversion, consolidation, enrichment, and harmonization - Proficiency in SAP or any other ERP system - Experience working cross-culturally and in an international environment - Ability to communicate and influence across various organizational levels - Engaging, collaborative, resilient, and experienced in a sophisticated environment,
