As a Make to Deploy/Distribute to Deliver Data Lead at McCormick, you will be responsible for various data activities within the manufacturing and/or distribution process areas on Program Leo. Your key responsibilities will include: - Data Conversion: - Performing Functional Specification Mapping. - Implementing Conversation action rules. - Managing cross reference files. - Designing and creating business rules. - Conducting Functional Unit Testing. - Data Validation: - Conducting pre-load and post-load validation activities. - Coordinating with the cutover team as per the project plan. - Acting as the point of contact for part-time data validators. - Generating Data Validation reports. - Evaluating data quality/accuracy percentages. - Data Construction: - Populating data construction templates (DCT) based on process design decisions. - Collaborating with non-SAP legacy sites to align them with process design. - Regularly reviewing and updating DCT files leading up to load cycles. - Data Governance: - Reviewing Functional Specifications with the GD team. - Performing user acceptance testing (UAT). - Defining SLA and metrics for MDG workflows. - Managing data stewardship through MDG workflows. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong experience in Data Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related areas. - Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - Demonstrated SAP experience and the ability to quickly grasp SAP S/4HANA. - Proficiency in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Global mindset and cross-cultural competency. - Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills. - Aptitude for learning and teaching. - Flexibility and adaptability to change. - Strong team player skills.
