Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data integration specialists and assign project tasks.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and ensure high-quality data delivery.
Ensure timely execution of data migration and integration projects.
Create data quality checks and validation procedures.
Generate reports and insights for internal teams.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data policies and security standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of SQL and data transformation tools.
Previous experience in team leadership or project coordination roles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
