Job Title: Data Management & Research Associate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to identify, research, and map legal professionals, with a focus on their expertise, engagement, and influence in the legal domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

  Identify and research legal professionals. The Bulk data is fed through Bloomberg on salesforce. The role is to map and clean the data and identify the execs who are on top of the ladder in every organization.

• Profile Mapping:

  Collect and organize detailed information such as practice area, experience, jurisdiction, and professional achievements.

• Engagement Tracking:

  Track and analyze engagement metrics specific to legal professionals and their niche/content category.

• Database Management:

  Maintain and regularly update the database of identified professionals with verified and relevant information.

• Trend Research:

  Stay updated on emerging legal influencers, thought leaders, and key voices in the legal community.

Required Skills:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, and other professional networking or content-sharing platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and data organization skills.
• Ability to interpret engagement and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background or interest in the legal field.
• Prior experience in lead generation or market research.
