Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems.
• Verify and validate data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and manage large datasets with efficiency and precision.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any discrepancies in the data.
• Assist in data cleanup and migration projects as needed.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or database management tools is a plus.
