Part-Time Digital Marketing Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply daily to digital marketing jobs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, etc.) on behalf of the candidate.
  • Customize resumes and cover letters to align with each job posting.
  • Track and maintain a record of all applications, deadlines, and responses.
  • Draft and send professional follow-up emails to HR representatives, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Identify new job postings from job boards, LinkedIn, and company portals.
  • Provide daily and weekly progress updates.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to tailor applications.
  • Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn, and online application systems.
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, HR, or recruiting is a plus (but not required).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    Part-Time (Remote)

    4 hours per day, Monday–Friday
