The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data accurately in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Verify, correct, and clean existing data to maintain accuracy and completeness. Review data for errors or inconsistencies and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information. Assist with preparing reports, data summaries, and documentation as required. Coordinate with other departments to collect or verify data when needed. Ensure timely completion of daily or weekly data entry tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Fresher to 2 years in data entry or any other relatable roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of data management tools or ERP systems (preferred). Typing Speed: Minimum 30–40 words per minute with accuracy. Other Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and time management abilities. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience with CRM, Excel formulas, or database management software. Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools.
