•Managing end-to-end accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and vendor accounts. • Filing GST & TDS returns with 100% accuracy and compliance. • Preparing MIS reports: debtor/creditor ageing, sales performance, and expense analysis. • Supporting statutory audits with accurate tax workings and schedules.
Key Responsibilities: Design & develop label and shrink sleeve artworks. Create print-ready files with proper dielines, trapping & color separation. Coordinate with sales & production teams for approvals and revisions. Ensure color accuracy & maintain artwork version control. Requirements: Strong in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (Esko/ArtPro a plus). Understanding of printing processes (Flexo, Offset, Digital). Detail-oriented, creative & good team player. Education: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or Printing Technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data in company systems, spreadsheets, ERP, or software tools. Maintain daily records for production, sales, purchase, and inventory (as required). Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered data. Verify, correct, and clean data to avoid duplication or errors. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management. Store documents, files, and records in an organized manner for easy retrieval. Maintain confidentiality of company data. Coordinate with internal staff to collect and validate data. Perform basic administrative tasks (printing, filing, scanning, documentation).
