Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify aluminium/stainless steel raw materials such as billets, ingots, coils, rods, circles, sheets etc., as per delivery documents and purchase orders. Ensure quality checks are coordinated with the QC team before materials are accepted into stock. Maintain accurate records in ERP/MIS systems for material receipts, issues, and stock balances. Manage storage layout to ensure proper identification, segregation, and FIFO/LIFO tracking. Issue raw materials to production departments based on daily and weekly plans. Perform regular stock audits, physical verification, and inventory reconciliations. Maintain proper documentation like GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), stock cards, and issue slips. Ensure compliance with internal controls, ISO procedures, and material handling safety norms. Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material replenishment. Use forklifts/cranes or coordinate with handlers for safe loading and unloading of material. Technical Skills: Good understanding of aluminium/stainless steel raw materials and warehouse procedures. Proficiency in ERP/MIS systems (SAP, Tally, or similar). Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Soft Skills: Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong coordination and communication abilities. Ability to handle physical stock and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: • Background in aluminium/stainless steel utensils manufacturing, extrusion, rolling, or casting units. • Knowledge of MTC (Material Test Certificates) and traceability processes. • Exposure to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems.

Key Responsibilities: Export Packing: Plan and execute appropriate packing techniques for aluminium utensils to prevent damage during transit. Ensure correct usage of materials like bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, pallets, shrink wraps, etc. Label packages accurately with product details, barcodes, and destination information. Dispatch Coordination: Schedule and coordinate dispatches with freight forwarders, transporters, and logistics partners. Generate and verify packing lists, invoices, and export documentation. Ensure shipments are loaded accurately as per the Packing List and dispatch schedule. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.).
