Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per production requirements
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
Operate machines such as lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, and EDM for tool and die manufacturing
Perform tool maintenance , repair, and modifications to ensure production efficiency
Inspect and test finished dies and tools for accuracy and precision
Troubleshoot production tooling issues and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve tool performance and product quality
Maintain records of tooling inventory, repair logs, and preventive maintenance schedules

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making
Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in tool and die manufacturing or maintenance
Strong knowledge of press tools, injection molds, jigs, and fixtures
Familiar with machining processes, measuring instruments, and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making
