Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Perform accurate and timely data entry, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free Organize and manage electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and reference Assist in creating and optimizing reports using MS Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization tools Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct data inconsistencies Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify data as required Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies to maintain sensitive information integrity Support process automation by identifying areas where efficiency can be improved Participate in team discussions and provide insights to improve data-handling processes Take initiative in learning new tools and software to enhance data management skills Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy About Company: Ziegler Aerospace is a premier provider of engineering and component solutions, with a global presence in the UK, the US, France, and India.
